This quiet bathroom fan delivers strong air movement (110 CFM), ideal for bathrooms up to 115 sq. ft. and effectively supports moisture removal. You can choose the light you like to create a chic atmosphere for your room. It is recommended to use two switches to control the light and fan separately.
1000LM & 5CCT LED Light -bright 1000lm LED light will light your whole bathroom. The bathroom exhaust fan with light has 5 adjustable color temperatures (2700K/3000K/3500K/4000K /5000K ). Move the toggle switch on the back of the grill to change the color temperature. For dimming, use a dimmer switch to adjust the brightness of the white light. NOTE: Toggle the wall switch on and off within 3 seconds to activate Night Light mode.
Two installation options: 1. For New Construction: Attach the fan housing to the ceiling joists if the spacing between joists is 12 in. (if the spacing between joists is 16 in. - 24 in., it can use suspension brackets.) 2. For Existing Construction: No attic access required; it replaces most existing bathroom fans and can be installed entirely from the ceiling side.
Galvanized steel housing resists corrosion, and it features a low-profile white grill cover. Housing Dimensions: 9 in x 8.5 in x 6 in (4-inch duct included). Ceiling Mounting Opening: 9.25 in x 8.9 in. Efficient and quiet, it features excellent motor performance and operates for at least 25,000 hours.
Energy Star qualified, UL and HVI certified for performance assurance. Suitable for use over bathtubs or showers when installed on a GFCI-protected branch circuit.
