About This

- 3. The conductor layer structure: Indium-Tin-Oxide (ITO) film. Sheet resistance ≤ 6 ohm/sq(4 point probe)；The thickness of ITO film: 2100Å ±50Å . Transmittance ≥ 84%.
- 4. Line Width: 80μm; Line Space: 80μm; Finger Length: 8500μm; Number of interdigitate pairs : 30(60 fingers).
